If these marketing techniques are so compelling, how come it takes months and years to sell out a development? The market in NYC isn't as fast or as exciting as people seem to think. High-end conversion or new build developments in other key global cities - London, Istanbul, Paris, Hong Kong - are completely sold before they're even fit for occupancy. It's not all about the marketing Mr Shvo, it's about the market too.
