The headlines say it all just as you have, Mr. Steyn...

Our enemies are delighted that the democrats are in power now.

My family is infinitely more vulnerable to attacks from outside AND within our country because ourenemies believe and are emboldened by the democrat's constant, discordant disrespect for our global mission and our President.

Senator Kerry and his party continued to voice a prevailing left-leaning elitist scorn upon our troops.

The MSM is giddy with the election results they advocated....but I wonder if Khomehni's comments would have made a difference before the election? Actually, when were such comments or sentiments from eastern leaders regarding the democrats' control known to the MSM? Perhaps even before the election? Hmmm...
