At Work on Rikers, in the Garden of Good and Evil

Submitted by Ann Bernier, Mar 4, 2007 15:27

A friend of mine is a recent inmate at Rikers. She is a wonderful, caring lady in her 60s. Thank GOD for a program like this. I think it is so important to 'keep busy with constructive work' while adjusting to a different lifestyle. I would like to help her and the others in this gardening program. How can I do that. Thank you,
