Is extremely a stupid thing to hear ! The whole world is aware af AIDS nowadays that it is borderless, and doesn't discriminate between people . If this is the fact how come a governmental body does such a big mistake ,overgeneralization ? If they think it is relevant test is for everybody who want to donate , not for some part of community . That way is a reflection of that countries ( its ppl ) racist policy .
