Add me to your list of skeptics, Mr. Hill. North Korea's nuclear weapons program is too much of a source of political power propping up their shoddy regime for Kim to be willing to really give it all up. Failing to report secret sites, hidden plutonium and weapons will not be hard for him to do, and he will never allow the intensive level of inspection necessary to truly confirm everything has been found and eliminated. John R. Bolton's most recent WSJ article "North Korea Climbdown" does an excellent job of clearly explaining these matters and I highly recommend it.
