Mark has hit the proverbial nail right on the head. It's amazing that a Canadian has more insight into our foreign responsibilities than the party that just took over Congress. I lived through the Viet Nam experience as an active participant and don't want to see it repeated , I hope I am not about to see it again, but I fear the worst.
