Al Gore as President
in response to reader comment: Gore is a Tree

You must realize that repeating the lies of your favorite right wing pundits has no credibility. After all, these are the same people who told you what to think about Bush and Cheney and Iraq. See what that got you? I don't understand why your not angry about being duped so badly? Why you are so quick to believe more lies from the same sources? I believe a true American Patriot considers it a duty to be skeptical, to hold elected leaders accountable, to be a free thinker who puts fact over opinion. It does take effort to find and analyze facts in order to form your own opinions. But I promise you, it's worth it. No matter what, think about this, if they are lying to you again, and you fall for it again, then it's not like the damage can be easily undone. You wouldn't destroy your own house for short term gain would you? I challenge you to research every thing negative you believe or hear about Al Gore and with an open mind form your own opinon. Sure he is a politician. And the fact is he has been a very good one. Not perfect. With about 8 years in the Congress, 8 in the Senate and 8 in the White House which were 8 of the most peaceful and prosperous years we have experiened in my 46 years. He has been right and ahead of his time on damn near everything. Electing him as President would be a major step in undoing the damage Bush and Cheney have done to our nations credibility. We have been lied to and swindled and our soldiers have died for it. This is a time of crisis, and times like these call for the most qualified person available to take over. The fact is, Al Gore is probably the most qualified person alive today to lead this nation out of this crisis. And if anyone reads this that has contact with him, please tell him that some of us believe that as the most qualified person for the job, it is his duty to his country and this planet to run for President in 2008.

P.S. - Please keep the immature thoughtless attacks, such as, "this is a joke right? to yourself. However I will respect and read with open mind any serious replies.
