I have watched college basketball all year long. I strongly disagree with Mark regarding the article about you forgetting Louisville. Why should Louisville be invited to the Big Dance at all? Other than some teams in the Big East, Louisville has played one of the weakest schedules in the nation. KENTUCKY BEAT LOUISVILLE! This man seems to think that Louisville should get a bid based on the fact that the coach has been in New York City. GIVE ME A BREAK!!!!!!!!!!!!! The onl;y way Louisville should have been going to the Big Dance was to have won the BIG EAST TOURNAMENT. And, what does the football team have to do with it? This is basketball season, not football season. If Lousville gets a bid, then WESTERN KENTUCKY should get a bid. WESTERN IS THE 2ND BEST TEAM IN THIS STATE ANYWAY. Georgia has played a rough schedule, along with a lot of other schools. I personally don't think the BIG EAST SHOULD EVEN GET 7 BIDS AS THE AUTHOR THINKS,BUT THE SCHOOLS THE AUTHOR MENTIONED SHOULD DEFINITELY BE A FIRST PRIORITY, NOT LOUISVILLE! THE SEC SHOULD HAVE 5 OR 6 BIDS, NOT JUST 4. THEY PLAY A TOUGH SCHEDULE. AND ANOTHER THING, WHY SHOULD DUKE EVEN BE INVITED TO THE TOURNAMENT? They have lost the last 6 or 7 games, and JUST BECAUSE THEY ARE DUKE SHOULD NOT QUALIFY THEM FOR THE TOURNAMENT. IF ALL THESE TEAMS AE GOING TO GET A BID FROM THE NOMINATION COMMITTEE, WHY DON'T WE JUST DRAW STRAWS TO SEE GOES? It would be a lot cheaper????????????

Nice article but you seemed to be forgetting somebody in the Big East. How about the team that finished second... [MORE]
