Bettering Oneself For Grandpa's Millions

Is it the acting, cinematography, editing, lighting, directing that is not up to par? Or the fact that it has Christian overtones? The public is constantly bombarded with movies which contain Buddhist, HIndu, pagan, wiccan, Judaic, Muslim, and especially atheist references and overtones (some are overtly so), and it is rarely mentioned; but when there is a movie with Christian overtones, the reviews sound like it was punishment to have to write them. I could almost hear you gagging on the words! Is this because there is no violence, sex, or bad language? No excitement? Our minds have been so warped and dulled by all these things, that a plain old good story is just boring. It's sad, really. It's like eating an apple when all you've been fed is apple pie. It may take time to get used to, but it's better for you in the long run! I personally am more than ready for some good, nutritious movie fare! I've OD'ed on the empty calories.
