Sir,

I knew Jakov Lind many years ago, as he lived in Deya de Mallorca, as did I. He rented his abode, actually a watchtower, from my uncle, Brad Rising ( a writer also, now deceased ) . He was quite an amazing character, to say the least. I knew his daughter OOna as well... beautifull young girl, then very young.

I am saddened to read of Jakov's death, and shall treasure my memories of him and the many stories I will keep in my heart. He was an outrageous man certainly... I smile even now .
