Imperialism isn't at issue with the Euphronios krater. The vase came to Italy in the late 6th century when Rome was dominated by Etruscans and as a manifestation of free trade.
On the other hand, museums and collectors should defend their rights to their property. To assume that we have moral guilt for participation in the evasion of Mussolini's statist laws is a mistake.
