Notice too how the dems are running (seemingly) social conservatives who are against abortion, etc. (at least in the mid-term elections). Its like a reverse psychology game to try to trick the other side into voting for your side. Republicans are running socially liberal guys and Democrats are running socially conservative guys. To heck with it all. Give me a nice hard-line conservative and he'll have my vote for sure, but if I have to vote for a social liberal from the republican bullpen I will do it just to make sure we save the presidency in '08. Bottom line: Dems are too soft on terror.
