Senate Says No to Retreat

- In response to the first comment - al-Qaeda had no presence in Iraq prior to the US invasion - that's a fact.
- In response to the clown's who think victory is still achievable in Iraq - wake up.

Now generally speaking - as a Canadian looking in - are you guys completely out to lunch down there or what? Day in and day out I read about another scandal, another lie, another bogus reason for continuing the war in Iraq. Bush has no credibility, his reasons for going to war have been debunked 100 times over, members of his inner circle refuse to take responsibility for anything.

Now I would just like to know...is this information only available to the rest of the world? Has the US public been banned from reading news reports? I find it very hard to believe that you have access to the same info as the rest of us - yet your conclusions regarding this illegal war are completely backwards.

It's a sad day when the only two political parties you have, care more about their own ambitions than they do about their people, soldiers, and integrity. Please tune back into reality - maybe then you'll see this for what it really is.
