When Bill Clinton mentioned the 82 countries Hillary visited as first lady, he should have added that these visits gave her first hand experience in meeting and dealing with international leaders. This is entirely different from the typical ornamental role played by first ladies accompanying their husbands on Presidential visits. Hillary went abroad mostly on her own unaccompanied by Bill. Obama's handlers incredibly claim he has international experience. Obama was in Indonesia as a 7 year old! Was he some boy wonder to have absorbed the essence of international diplomacy and of "empathy" with Islamic nations at this tender age?

Hillary had the guts to put out a comprehensive health care plan that was sabotaged by the usual vested interests - drug companies, doctors, hospitals, insurance companies and liability lawyers. Has Obama ever taken such huge risks in pushing any critical legislation? Constantly complaining about what is wrong today will get him nowhere - except the label of a whiner!

Hillary should highlight all that she she did to benefit upstate New York . The town of Corning owes Hillary gratitude for saving over 1500 jobs by helping Corning Inc. get access to the Chinese market and to improve its technology through Federal grants. Has Obama done anything to save the jobs of factory workers in Illinois when their factories were shut because of competition from China?

The liberal left among Democrats has always harbored a death wish - to support candidates out of tune with middle America, like McGovern, Mondale, Kerry who spew vacuous idealism and anger at the support Republicans get from "special interests". Obama is of this kind. Any Republican candidate will thrash him. Only Hillary can carry middle America. She has the substance and experience. It needs to be packaged well and projected aggressively to prevent Obama or his unrealistic supporters from swiftboating Hillary.
