To you suburbanites or exurbanites all over the US of A, there's no difference between driveways. Not even the junk in the mailboxes! At least spammers know how to target New York City by zip code.
So for us urbanites, a zip code change may mean all the difference between a J.C. Penney sale flier or a Neiman Marcus, ahem, "solicitation".
Not to say that "10065 OR 10075" will not soon be entered into the hacks' algorithms to the left of the "OR 10021" statement. The split can only be a short-term ruse!
