I learned today that Mr. Hevesi has been charged with ethics violations similar to the current charges. Is that correct? Are not these charges against Mr. Hevesi malfeasance?

I also learned that Mr. Hevesi was dismissed from a position for ethics violations / malfeasance. Is that correct?
