Since Mr. Arafat (May Justice be his lot!) was demoted to bottom link on the food chain, his posse has become those "Moderates" so beloved by the bien pensants of the Federal City's diplomatist coven. Each vicious foreign regime, contending against the United States Government with unseemly malice, must be assigned a coterie of "Moderates", who seek to ameliorate the levels of hatred and discord. Recently, they have had to use the late Arafat's house churls whenever the so-called "Peace Process" requires some entity to match with Israel's legitimate Foreign Ministry. And the American Electorate accepts this study in futility, even calling it a "Foreign Policy".
