I have been following the housing market for a bit more than 2 years now. I think Mr. Green Span also said that we would likely to have local downturn; I live in Orange County, one of the hottest market in the US. I don't think there is a burst coming soon at all. There are too many people moving to OC; the jobs here are to diversified;
There is a slow down right now, and I think it will drag for years!
