In past articles the author mentioned the proposed hotel development on 124th and Frederick Douglas Boulevard in Harlem. As per propertyshark.com, the developer (124 hotel LLC) secured a USD40MM mortgage for the project and I would be interested in learning more about the development (hotel brand, timing, etc). Any update would be appreciated.
