Now, why would we want any more lawyers who think that observing the law is an "optional extra"?

These "kids" have the opportunity before they are 18 and subject to bars to return to their homelands and apply to come here legally as students. Or, they can take their U.S. education and return to their homelands to study or work, which is actually the intent of the F-1 student visa program--that students from developing countries take their skills and talents home for the betterment of their countries.

It seems, though, the real objection by illegal aliens is that they're not having their college educations subsidized by U.S. taxpayers and that we object to legalizing kids who would then be able to sponsor the parents who did choose to come here illegally. It's too bad the parents made bad choices for them, but it's not our responsibility to remedy the situation the parents created.
