China Spy Case Set To Open on the Coast

Submitted by Michael Deal, Mar 28, 2007 22:48

The government is pursuing a similar case against a Tennessee professor who is also an honorary professor at a Chinese university because he allegedly shared information regarding plasma actuators, something he actually invented and patented (which makes it in the public domain) which can be used on UAVs. The government is clearly violating the First Amendment.
