I'm inclined to agree entirely. As an Englishman, I too am stunned that our brave troops are sent to operate in this very dangerous area yet are forbidden from defending themselves. It's like sending in a highschool student to break up a college fight. We need to change our rules of engagement, that's clear.
What would help in the meantime is if America joined us in calling for their release. When the time comes to knock Ahmedinejad off his pedestal, no doubt the US will be looking for our support again.
