State Never Saw Business Plan For Atlantic Yards Project

RIGHT ON!!!!!!!

Business Basics/ Investments 101 warrants full disclosure/ review (prospectus, business plan, financial records, etc) in any investment deal; I'd venture to say particularly when not using your own resources in this instance, taxpayers funds (roles: Atty Gen'l , impartial government???). However, maybe those are the rules we learned in the various institutions of education (SBA training, colleges, etc ) which is why so many of us end up working for others vs. those who end acquiring our services to serve (note: Professors/ instructors are employees). Bottom line: Where are our oversight / regulatory agencies? Guarantee, Ratner, and the likes of him (major business investors/ large money deal makers, Real Estate/ investment circles could provide you more info on such figures; since they dine, golf, entertain, play squash, and overall affiliate in like circles). Oh, also - that's right, the deed (our perceived objectives of their jobs) isn't worthwhile until masses have suffered and are encumbered by devastating effects. And then again, more money, jobs and personalities can be generated by our government (Gov 101) which can be concluded as the American way (and the cycle continues). The current Mortgage/Real Estate debacle is an attestation to such ineptness. Or is it a truly inept, when those in power have the resources and expected intellect to discern the actuality of such events/actions.
