My name is Rives Grogan and I'm scheduled to go to court in Washington DC on 11DEC for a simple assault charge that allegedly happened during the supreme court abortion case at 9:40 AM on 8 NOV. I have no recollection of assaulting anyone that morning. In fact, 4 officers were on me dragging me out of the courtroom and in the lobby 6 to 8 officers pounced on me and I never left the ground where I was on my knees speaking.

I read your article where Mr. Kerr ,the law professor from George Washington University ,who said I could defend myself by saying that the law that is written is so vauge that it is unconstitutional.

I am writing this to see if anyony might be able to refer me to Mr. Kerr or some other attorney who might be able want to help defend me in my case.
