Spot the connection between Conrad Black and Mr Tyrrell?

Both men have links to the Hudson Institute. Conrad Black is a Trustee (albeit currently on a leave of absence) and the author of this article is an adjunct scholar at the Hudson Institute. Given the connection, it's hardly surprising that Mr Tyrrell should come out in support of Mr Black.
