Yeah, RAs, like law clerks, research and suggest, but the content can only be attributed to the article's author, and no one else. Obama is liable for what he says and does, and no more.
Having said that, I would hate to think that that U.S. Constitutional Law could be grounded in Heisenberg's uncertainty principle. We, as citizens, have a right to know that our lives will be judged according to generally accepted law as written, not those whims or prejudices imposed by any judge, right, left, or center.
