New York State has failed to restore the wrap-around for dual eligbles those seniors with medicare and medicaid.This leaves them at the mercy of private for profit part d prescription plans. If the Part d prescription plan does not cover the dual -eligbles drugs they can possibly die.Unfortunately seniors donot have the resources to mount a television campaign

is Spitzer going to pursue this, or will he continue to allow hospitals that accept Medicaid/govt. funds to continue paying... [MORE]
