Yes, Congress should defund the war and bring the troops home NOW, not a year and a half from now. Michael Bloomberg is delusional if he thinks that he can manage the warring factions in Iraq. Bloomberg's arrogance aside, the key point is that the ongoing occupation of Iraq by the U.S. military continues to violate international law and human rights, just as the invasion did four years ago.
