you know i am 28 years old and it has only been the last year that i have payede attention to our system and how messed up it is and i am so tired of hearing about how our system finds people guilty based on what there family and friends have done in the past. the only reason John is in jail with no bail is becuase of who his grandfather is and to be honest i do not know him or his family personally but i respect his mom alot and watch there show The Gottis and i believe that show is really based on there every day lives it is one show i do not believe is taped with a script and from what i see is John at worse is a spoiled brat who needs to realize just how good he has it he has a mother that loves him so much which some people do not have and on top of that he was fortunate enough to have a life that he did not worry if there would be food in the table tomarrow. In my opinion he is not capable of these charges becuase his mom did not raise him around that she would have her and his uncle all over his but if he ever tried to do anything like that. I feel there should not even be a bail let him out and dont act like hes guilty before a trial to tell you the truth i do not think he will even get a fair trial becuase of who his grandfather was and it makes me sick to my stomach i feel so sorry for his mom and his family and even though i was not fortunate enough to have a life style like theres if there was anything i could do for them to help them mout i would becuase i think he is being set up what happened to being innocent until it is proven beyond a reasonable doubt that you are guilty.
