Having re-read your article about musician LOUIS MOREAU GOTTSCHALK.........I was omce again 'TRANSPORTED'.........and went back to listening to my collection of his marvellous music. I am a pianiste myself, and one of my 'party numbers' is THE BANJO'..........I was introduced to Gottschalk music, by a piano professor at Miami University, IVAN DAVIS, I am sure you are familiar with his recording, Great Galloping Gottschalk. Keep up the good work sir, Sincerely Chester Carone.
