Why a judge would agree to entertain a brief petitioning the Court to try such a load of codswallop is ever a mystery to the present writer, unversed in the law as he is. A short scathing lecture, delivered by the judge to the attorney submitting the suit aimed at stifling passengers' instinct of self preservation, should be the end of it.
