Republicans don't need to ask themselves what more they can do for blacks. Blacks need to start asking themselves why they vote Democrat.
In every Presidential election, they monolithically give Democrat presidential candidates overwhelming 80-90% chunks of their vote. Why? What have the Democrats done for them? Democrats oppose everything that helps blacks, from school vouchers to welfare reform (Yes, I know Clinton signed it, but only with opposition from his base and arm twisting from Republicans).
The fact of the matter is that Democrats need blacks to win, so they pander to them with mindless racist rhetoric. Blacks need to recognize it for the garbage that it is, and start voting on issues, instead of perceptions.
