Not Since The Inquisition

One look at Al Gore's charts in An Inconvenient Truth demonstrate that the periods between global ice ages are declining. As we are emerging from the longest ice age, and 145 years of human recordation of climate change, most of those years were below the mean! Some charts put CO2 changes before warming trends, some AFTER warming trends. No chart measures solar radiation trends, which would be logical in any inquiry regarding planet climate. Not one scientist disputes that for most of earth's history there was no polar ice whatsoever. A look at the rocks in Ohio reveal sandstone and sea fossils. Even Al cannot explain the medieval warming period, or the mini ice age two centuries ago.

Check out the Time Magazine hysteria: "Be Afraid, Be Very Afraid", and the many latest solutions. Use a clothesline, start a garden. We might as well find some virgins and throw them into a volcano to appease the gods. Before we trash the North American economy while the rest of the world does nothing in response to this faux crisis, lets make the scientists prove these measures will achieve the intended result.
