The Joke Of Subway Accessibility

Ms. Skenazy: Thank you for your wonderful article. I am the attorney in a scooter who was with you on the tour. Are you interested in doing an article about my lawsuit to install an elevator at the 86th Street Lexington Avenue subway? A new building is being built at the corner that is a golden opportunity to install an elevator. The MTA is agreeable but not willing to pay. The builder is less cooperative.

Please consider writing something.

Thank you.
