Not Since The Inquisition

One hears a lot about the prevailing consensus among so called scientists, with the underlying threat of judgement being delivered to the non-believer through the peer review process or outright ad hominem attacks on the apostates who argue against the Gorevelation of the evils that unenlightened men wreak on this earth.

A body of evidence exists that seems to refute the basic position of the warmistas, most notably that each and every time in history that CO2 has crossed the 400ppm threshold, an ice age has ensued. Global warming, and much of the CO2 concentration growth the Cult of Warming points to as evidence of the unworthiness of the uninitiated, may be due to an extraordinary amount of marine geolthermal activity, with at least one mid-atlantic vent measured at over 400 degrees F (at 5000 meters, this is not boiling temperature).

As for me, I really would rather it was the global warming thing, because I live in upstate NY and I could do with a bit of warmer weather.
