Anyone who cares about people would be in favor of good cell phone coverage, especially in the Adirondacks. In my 20 years of experience there I was never able to discern that the council gave a damn about people. Environmentalism not need to be inhumane. The council believes any means justify their ends. A tragically misguided mind set.
