Bil Cosby's comments would have been more credible but the media went to the racial hustlers who would be out of a job without some white person to jump on. Imus made terrible remarks but blame the Black community who did not show outrage at Black rappers who called their women the same names. They made money so the Sharptons and the Jessie Jacksons ilk kept quiet. Guns went off and rappers shot each other..but silence from the Black community. Did that not affect their young men and women more than some stupid racist remarks that Imus usually makes about all ethnics?

I don't remember Al Sharpton being called on the carpet for calling Jews, "Diamond Merchants" at the Cato child's funeral but instead the media has accomplished their aim because he is a democrat instead of going to people who are Black but they are republicans and have more credibility. Not these two!

Whoever gave Imus advice to go on Sharpton's radio program gave him the wrong advice. Imus should have had the women on his program and apologized to them personally and that would be it. I do not listen to his program but he would have shown more remorse than the stupidity of going on a racist program.
