I too have been frustrated in my attempts to reach an executive complaint department as T-Mobile has sent me one bad phone after another. Can you please forward Jesse's number? Also, since your research is superior to mine, do you think you can dig up (since they are obviously buried) the names of the VP of Customer Service or their assistant at the Washington Mutual headquaters in Seattle? Once you reach "executive management" (a catch all for a group of glorified customer service reps in the home office) they will not give you the name of (much less speak to) anyone higher up in the corporate offices to help resolve a dispute. Any help you can give will be greatly appreciated.
