Rudy Giuliani had his one shining moment in the sun, in September 2001, and did a superb job of showing us the stuff of which New Yorkers are made. It is not, unfortunately, the stuff of which a good President of the United States is made, as is quite obvious from the amateurish mis-steps he has made on numerous fronts. Rudy has a huge ego, and delusions of occupying the Oval Office are red meat to such a personality. He would serve his country better by taking on a key law enforcement role (e.g., immigration, drug czar, homeland security, etc) where his skill set is better suited.
