Reading between the lines of your editorial; you did a fine job for the powerful Clipper lobbyists.
How many luxury condos does New York Need? Where are the low waged workers and seniors on low
fixed incomes to live?
How dare you insult New York as having once been undesireable. It was always desireable. You came here, didn't you? The owners of Starrett have always upgrated this property. That is why it is so desirable
to buyers looking to make lots of money. If it is sold to the Cipper organization then, in a few years you
will be writing an editorial on how Starrett City has become a shambles.
I am ashamed to see homeless people on the streets of New York City. Why don't you editorialize on
them. They have no rich, powerful lobbyists to speak for them.
Shame, shame. What happened to your Christmas spirit? Loss it already?
