Judge Blocks Robo-Calls For Politics

The free speech of a caller must not diminish the privacy of a resident. Neither religious nor political entities have the right to violate my right to be left alone, free of the infliction of a machine's recorded 'free speech', that automatically dials my telephone (which is MY property). If I have a right to be left alone, that right must at least exist in my home, or that right will not exist anywhere.
