In Al-Arian Case, Fla. Judge Said To Overstep Authority

While the judge, the district attorney, and the prosecutors sift through the mountain of legal proceedings and figure out who is right and who is wrong, Mr. Al-Arian remains incarcerated behind bars. The web of deceit is getting worse by the day. First they said that it was his fault for refusing to comply with the subpoena now they are saying that the judge in Florida overstepped his authority, tomorrow we will probably hear something totally different. How long will this frenzied travesty be allowed to continue with no end in sight?! How much more suffering will this man endure before he become totally insane. There has to be a limit for all of the hysteria aimed at lynching Mr. Al-Arian at any cost. He served his time, he paid his debt in tears and agony, it is time for him to be set free so he can join his family and salvage whatever left of his torn asunder life.
