With a GNP like that of Iran - nobody else can take care of it?

I am surprised to see that only Bush can take care of the Iranian nuke problem. Iran is a country with 50 million people that together has the GNP only as big as Israel's. UK is way bigger, so is Germany, France and probably another 20 countries. Any of them can take care of Iran.
