Black Fives Deserve Spot in Springfield

Over the last six to seven years while serving as a sports writer/reporter, the history of African-Americans in sports something that I've made a point to share. I've written about EB Henderson and players of the "Black Fives" era because much like the Negro Leagues, their legacy and stories are something that everyone should know about. I'm hoping that eventually the powers that be in the Basketball Hall of Fame will give Mr. Henderson and others the recognition that's due to them. The Hoop HOF will not be complete in my mind until these true pioneers are included with the others already inducted in Springfield.
