Journalism's Hoax on Duke

Actually since the public did not know all the evidence but only the defense spin on cherry picked points,

justice was not served. There was no trial. The politicos and moneyed saw to it that there would be no trial.

The judicial system is really screwed up when the lawyers are allowed to spin to the public about a PENDING trial. This is harmful to the civil rights of both the accused and the accuser and there should be a law against it.

The public can watch the trial on TV and the lawyers can comment after the jury trial, so no freedom of speech would be involved by silencing the lawyers in a pending trial.

I hope someone does sue Nifong so all the details of this case can come out, but those who do not want all the details to come out know this and so they will not sue.
