Libby's defense make NO sense. .. " I was so busy working that when answered questions asked by FBI investigators and the Grand Jury, I thought I was answering them truthfully but I (get this) misremembered. " It doesn't even pass the common sense test.

Libby was lying and we may find out why if the firewall breaks down. If not, let's hope the jury of twelve americans have their bullshit detectors turned on.

Did you know that Libby is a trained attorney. How does an attorney, working as the chief of staff to the vice president of the united states, argue that he misremembered?
