How Democrats Hoped To Avoid Issue of Guns

It was and is a tragic event and my above statement is not meant to be not caring. The brain that produced this manical act could have just as easily produced and killed hundreds with a bomb. Thankfully it did not get to that proportion. What is so sad here the supposedly finest minds of intelligence was exposed to this guy and the most they did was just talk abouit it. Yet some uneducated street or blue collar person would have taken probably ten minutes to say "Hey we got a nut here." Think about it.
