China vs. The WTO

Submitted by SteveR, Apr 19, 2007 19:40

What people fail to realize is that China avoids the real problem at any cost, which is currency manipulation. A currency should reflect the economic growth of that country but China wants to monopolize being given the green light from multi-nationals and officials pressured by lobbyists. That is why the dollar is hitting all time lows (reflecting the economy of the US) while the chinese money should be hitting alltime highs, but it doesn't. It barely budges.
The europeans are in denial. Their currency is strengthing against the dollar AND the chinese money which is making exports to the US more expensive and imports from china cheaper. Their trade imbalance with china is sure to soar. The global money managers are irresponsible and in denial.
