National Policy Would Be Bad for Broadband

Broadband deployment to rural areas is becoming more and more important. Applications like telemedicine and distance learning have the need for high speed network access and hold great promise for these areas. Incentives of some sort are necessary to encourage the broadband providers to build out the network. A National Policy or reform of the USF would go a long way to ensure access and guaranty minimum speeds. For more information on how this could be accomplished go to:
