What this article doesn't state is if this panel of three judges are some of Bush appointees that have made the rule of law, the rule of corporte interests; including protecting the functionaries of the president they've bought and paid for.

According to the reasoning of these judges, the assets of Christie Todd Whitman have more value than the early deaths of 9-11 rescue workers, residents and business owners and potential for chronic disease and thousands of others who will die early because their government intentionally lied. It is a gross abuse of power and one more reason that this president and the quislings he has distributed throughout the system must be removed.

Right after we institute public funding for all elections, dissolve political parties who stand between us and and our elected representatives and institute media reform, we need to rethink corporate charters. Right now they have more power than God.
